The Campus Rail Jam Tour is a grassroots snow sports movement, dedicated to promoting the amateur ski and snowboard scene. Snow sports athletes will be coming from around the country to showcase their skills in Portland for the 2010 Campus Rail Jam Tour Finals held at Pioneer Courthouse Square.
